Lalliana Prophete, FNP-BC

Lalliana is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. Fluent in Spanish, she is passionate about serving diverse communities and ensuring patients feel heard, respected, and supported in their healthcare.

In addition to her clinical work, Lalliana serves as an adjunct professor at Fresno Pacific University and has served as the lead provider for the UCSF Mobile Health Clinic, helping bring essential healthcare services directly to underserved communities. Her extensive clinical experience, dedication to education, and commitment to community health make her a wonderful addition to the Family Health Centers team.
