Welcome
We're glad you're here

Three easy steps
How to get started
- 01
Choose a clinic
Pick the location that is easiest for you to reach. All five offer the same care.

Call the clinic
The team can answer questions, check availability, and help you plan your visit.
- 03
Prepare for your visit
Gather anything helpful you have on hand, like your insurance card and medicine list.
What to bring
Helpful items for your first visit
Bring these items if available. If you are missing something, call your clinic to ask how to prepare.
- A photo ID, if you have one
